Factory Warranty
- If the product is defective in materials or manufacturing, the original purchaser must contact us within 48 hours (after receiving the goods) of the faultoccurring.
- If the fault is not resolved the goods we will send new goods or parts to you as a replacement by the next shipment, this shall constitute our sole obligation
- This guarantee covers normal use only, commercial use is not covered; it does not cover faults caused by, wilful damage, neglect, misuse, inappropriate cleaning, accidental damage, Water Damage, and other events outside the manufacturers control.
- Wood has natural characteristics such as shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks, and minor movement due to the change in temperature and humidity. This won’t affect the durability or lifespan of your furniture and movement within the wood is completely normal. These natural movements are not structural defects.
- Any piece of furniture which is exposed to extreme heat, i.e., An open fire, or radiator, etc. can cause distortion in the wood which will not be covered under this guarantee.
